Behaviour 

We have 3 rules:  Ready, Respectful, Safe

Each class discusses these rules at the beginning of each academic year.

Our behaviour policy can be found here.  The behaviour blue print is used by all staff in the school.

Informing Parents:

We like to inform parents of positive behaviour by sharing this with them or sending postcards home.  Parents will also be informed if there is a poor pattern of behaviour or a serious incident.

HOT CHOCOLATE/Freeze Pop FRIDAY

Children who are on the recognition board, and have gone 'Above and Beyond' the positive behaviour we expect from all Baring children, are invited to share hot chocolate (or a freeze pop) with Mrs Phillips!

RULE BREAKING

Children who break rules spend some time with the class teacher discussing their behaviour.  If required Restorative Justice is used when children are involved in incidents with other children.
